A Day in the Life
As the Brand Director for VICHY, you will be the strategic business leader responsible for guiding the brand's sustainable growth and profitability across the four Nordic countries, holding full accountability for the brand P&L. Based in our Copenhagen office, you will shape the brand's future by blending deep market insight with powerful, collaborative strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Brand Vision, Business Strategy & P&L: Define and execute a long-term strategy for VICHY, owning the P&L and spearheading initiatives to drive sustainable, profitable growth and secure brand leadership in the Nordics.
- Drive Integrated Business Excellence: Translate brand strategy into a powerful omnichannel activation plan that connects with patients, consumers, and shoppers. You will unite and influence cross-functional teams, including commercial, supply, and finance, to maximize revenue and market share.
- Develop and Empower High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and empower your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and excellence where every member can thrive and achieve ambitious business goals.
- Champion Market Intelligence: Utilize your analytical skills to translate consumer insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable growth strategies, ensuring VICHY remains at the forefront of the dermo-cosmetic industry.
We Are Looking For
You are a highly experienced business leader with a proven ability to drive a full P&L, build strong, collaborative teams, and deliver outstanding results. Your expertise in the skincare category is a great advantage, and you have proven ability to influence effectively within a complex organization with multiple local and international stakeholders. Crucially, you possess a deep, demonstrable understanding of the Nordic market, including its consumers, retail channels, and media environment. Your strategic mindset, analytical abilities, and inspiring, empathetic leadership style set you apart.
