The Role…


As a “Media Lead” you will lead and develop total media strategy for PPD, in close collaboration with CDMO, for and with brands. Are you ready to help L’Oréal grow stronger connections between our consumers and our brands, products, and teams?

 

You will…

  • Communicate and apply CDMO frame to division adapt and align with Zone Div & ROE
  • Lead 360 media planning and channel strategy, aligning with business goals and brand priorities, collaborating with CDMO
  • Oversee media campaign execution, maximizing ROI and adhering to Golden Rules 
  • Define and drive the divisional 1P/2P media strategy and governance
  • Strategize boosting advocacy across channels to help drive core A&I KPIs
  • Set, monitor, follow-up, communicate, learn and improve digital performance KPIs for the divisions aligning with CDMO team
  • Explore/evaluate new media channels/technologies with CDMO team, driving innovation and a "digital-first" approach.
  • Fuel CDMO team with division priorities and challenges along with best practices
  • Define and drive the divisional performance media strategy and governance of Retail Media and “Fair Value” assessment
  • Lead media aspects of retailer Joint Business Plans (JPBs) with Commercial/E-commerce teams, establishing KPIs and priorities
  • Implement Search Strategy (Paid & Organic), while securing the right content and Search Golden Rules
  • Develop measurement testing framework with agency and ensure GLA is being applied for your market in conjunction with CDMO
  • Manage and mentor the division, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Be the main point of contact for cross-brand and multi-divisional digital projects, CDMO team and media agencies 


You have… 


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with focus on performance media 
  • Media expertise and strong knowledge of tools and media platforms (Contacts, Media Dashboards, Media Agency Dashboards etc)
  • Optimization and excellence mindset
  • Team engagement and networking ability
  • Experience in strategy setting
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
  • Excellent command of Greek & English Language (written & verbal)
