WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Build, develop the expertise and know-how and share marketing inputs to drive commercial strategy
* Responsible of marketing & advocacy, media and O+O activations of the brand
* Manage the catalogue and analysis of consumer and market insights for the hair category
* Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
* Take ownership of international haircare launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally.
* Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
* Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales) and crafting of top management reports/presentations and establish clear business recommendations
* Create, lead big & impactful digital campaigns in a very detailed and complete way co-working with digital & advocacy teams and agencies
* Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy
* Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings
* Create & manage brand communication strategy working closely with agencies & zone and DMI and be the brand equity guardian across all touch-points
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:
* 4 years’ university degree
* Min 5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development
* Commercial experience is a plus
* Entrepreuneur ,Digital savvy, Creative , Team player
* Growth mindset and results driven
* Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
* Skincare knowledge & expertise is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English
