L'Oréal is excited to announce the second batch of our Career Reconnect Program, a returnship initiative designed to support talented women who have taken a voluntary career break of a minimum of 1 year. This program offers a 6-months (November 2025 – April 2026) paid internship opportunity for individuals looking to reignite their professional journey in the beauty industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mass-trial sampling and advocacy seeding, ensuring timely product delivery and accurate reporting.
  • Manage monthly reports for advocacy, affiliate, and campaign performance.
  • Support content creation for KOL barter programs and influencer collaborations, including brief development, tracking, and relationship management.
  • Assist with brand activations, PR events, and partnerships.
  • Help organize customer amplification activities and on-counter events.
  • Maintain CRM campaign content calendars and support ongoing CRM initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Prepare and analyze the monthly Advocacy Performance Report, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the share of brand reporting process, ensuring accurate data collection and timely delivery.
  • Compile and manage creator Compliance Report, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Administer and optimize CRM automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on Affiliate vs KOL performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate content learning initiatives, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and upskilling across teams.
