A Day in the Life
You will join our Finance shared services team, reporting into the Cash to Accounting / Finance manager, ensuring cash transactions are accurately reflected in the general ledger and reconciliations are performed on time. You will work closely with AR, AP, Banking partners and business stakeholders.
- Cash application & reconciliation: Process incoming receipts, investigate unapplied cash, short/overpayments and post journal entries.
- Bank reconciliations: Reconcile daily/periodic bank accounts, clear outstanding items and liaise with banks to resolve variances.
- Reporting & analysis: Produce daily cash position, reconciliation summaries and support cash forecasting with actionable insights.
- Controls & process improvement: Maintain documentation for audits, enforce internal controls and propose efficiency gains (automation/BI).
We Are Looking For
You are analytical, detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-moving shared services finance environment. You bring:
- Financial Accounting & Reconciliations
- Cash Management & Bank Reconciliations
- ERP Proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Excel & Data Analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Internal Controls & Compliance Degree: Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent experience). Languages: Business/Professional Spanish and English. Shared services experience and familiarity with BlackLine/Magnitude/TM1 or BI tools are a plus.
