KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Retail Activation & Sales Campaign Execution

Lead and execute retail activation calendar aligned with brand priorities and commercial peaks (LNY, Valentine, Women’s days, Lipstick days, Retailer Birthday animation, 20.10, Holiday & Member’s days)

Work closely with marketing team to maximize pop-up & podium activations with engaging consumer journey & follow up with leads to recruit

Develop in-store mechanics and promotional activities to drive traffic, maximize services for conversion, and basket size.

Ensure all activations are commercially impactful and measurable in terms of sales uplift and following hero-focus strategy of marketing

 

  1. Sell-Out Performance Support

Work closely with Retail team to boost sell-out performance at store level through targeted activations with MUA & Fragrance Experts

Identify sales opportunities by store / region / product category and implement activation strategies accordingly.

Monitor sales results and adjust activation tactics to maximize performance.

Partner with CRM / marketing to develop clienteling activations that drive repeat purchase

 

  1. Retail Commercial Analysis & Performance Tracking

Track activation performance using key metrics: sales uplift, traffic, conversion, average basket

Provide post-activation analysis and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

 

  1. Perfumeries activation 

Partner with KAM of perfumeries and partners to plan & activate animations for perfumeries chain

Potentially partner with LAN & other LID brands for multibrand activation

Commercial support for content, samples to maximize sales & recruitment

Partner with RDVM & OBM to ensure strong brand expression both online & offline at perfumeries partners

 

  1. BA digital upskilling

Partner with edu & social team to build BA’s social channels to drive traffic online to offline, and engage with consumers with offline services

Upskill BA for content planning, video recording & editing skills, protocol to handles comments & inquiries

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for beauty industry 
  • Strong communication skills to work with multi-stakeholders including zone & dmi partners 
  • Strong MS office skill, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Creativity & strong ROI mindset, logical & good at numbers
  • High attention to details
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, trade or activation role
