Advocacy Brand Manager

 

In L’Oreal Selective Division we believe, that Influencer Marketing nowadays is a part of bigger Advocacy Ecosystem. 

With Influencer Marketing & PR at heart – the role involves also working with engaging true brand advocates to create and react meaningful conversations with consumers regarding selective products.

 

What You’ll be doing:

1. Advocacy & Community Engagement 

Develop and execute an advocacy strategy to drive organic brand love and engagement. 

Identify, nurture, and manage relationships with key brand advocates, including influencers, beauty advisors, and passionate consumers.

Build and grow brand communities by fostering meaningful conversations and interactions across platforms. 

2. Influencer & KOL Partnerships 

Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and KOLs to drive authentic storytelling and advocacy. 

Develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive engagement.

Monitor and evaluate influencer partnerships to ensure high impact and ROI. 

3. Social Media & Digital Activation

Lead brand advocacy initiatives across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging. 

Work closely with the digital and content teams to create shareable, engaging, and authentic content. 

Track, analyze, and optimize advocacy programs to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Consumer Insights & Trends 

Monitor industry trends, social listening insights, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand advocacy.

Gather feedback from advocates and consumers to continuously improve brand positioning and campaigns. 

Utilize data-driven insights to enhance engagement strategies and advocacy efforts. 

5. Cross-functional Collaboration 

Partner with marketing, PR, and retail teams to ensure advocacy strategies are integrated across all touchpoints.

Work with the CRM team to develop advocacy-driven loyalty programs and exclusive consumer experiences. 

Align with global and regional teams to ensure consistency in advocacy messaging and initiatives. 

6. Performance Measurement & Reporting 

Define KPIs for advocacy programs and measure success through data analytics and social listening tools. 

Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of advocacy initiatives. 

Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and industry best practices. 

 

What You'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position – track record as a successful Influencer Marketing Expert (or similar Advocacy related role)
  • Innovation & performance marketing mindset to turn advocacy into a meaningful source of growth for L’Oreal Luxe brands
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Entrepreneurial & solution-oriented approach
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills in both Polish and English
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word)
