  • Unified Narrative: Establish L’Oréal Vietnam as the undisputed leader in beauty, innovation, and sustainability through synchronized messaging across media, social, and internal channels.
  • Executive Visibility: Drive Tier-1 media coverage (70% target) and elevate the CEO’s profile as an industry thought leader.
  • Tracking & Insights: Maintain a Trust Index >80% (IPSOS) and manage a reputation dashboard that links communication KPIs directly to business impact.

2. Purpose-Led Impact: "Beauty For A Better Life" (BFBL)

  • Program Leadership: Drive the flagship BFBL program to build deep emotional connections and measurable social impact.
  • Scaling Impact: Lead the roadmap to reach 10,000+ beneficiaries in 2026 and 30,000 by 2030, contributing significantly to the SAPMENA zone targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with NGOs and local authorities to enhance the credibility of our "L’Oréal for the Future" commitments.

3. Digital Excellence & Share of Voice (SOV)

  • Social Presence: Manage "always-on" corporate content and social listening to increase engagement and positive sentiment.
  • Earned Media Value: Achieve Top 10 SOV in the beauty industry with an annual Earned Media Value (EMV) target of >1 million euros.
  • Crisis Readiness: Monitor social ecosystems to proactively manage reputational risks and online amplification of crises.

4. Brand PR & Employer Brand Synergy

  • Brand Support: Partner with Brand Teams to transform product launches into cultural PR movements, integrating cause-driven storytelling to maximize earned value.
  • Internal Pride: Build a compelling internal narrative that fosters employee engagement and reinforces L’Oréal as a top-tier employer of choice.

Work Relationships

  • Internal: Leadership Team (Country Management Committee), Brand Teams, Digital & E-commerce, and HR.
