A Day in the Life
As a Sustainability Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our L’Oréal for the Future (L4TF) agenda within the CZ/HU/SK HUB. Reporting to the CA&E Director, you’ll collaborate across teams and departments to meet key sustainability KPIs.
Your role will include:
- Inclusive Sourcing: Lead initiatives with purchasing, onboard new vendors through events like Green Vibes, and identify new opportunities.
- No Waste: Co-lead the no waste team with supply chain, analyze data, and implement innovative approaches to reduce waste, including donations and vendor involvement.
- Refills: Promote refill initiatives across divisions, share best practices, and drive internal and external communication on the topic.
- Employee Engagement: Organize Sustainability Days, launch mandatory L4TF upskilling programs, and lead discovery trainings to upskill employees.
- Social Salon Launch: Oversee the 2025 launch of the Social Salon in CZ, including reconstruction, staffing, partnerships, and external communication.
- Best Practices Sharing: Connect local and global teams to share insights and ensure alignment.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a degree (preferably in Communications, Sustainability, or Environmental Studies).
- Are fluent in Czech or Slovak, with strong English communication skills.
- Have a passion for sustainability and a knack for turning complex ideas into engaging stories.
- Excel in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Are strategic, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
