A Day in Life:

Organizational Insights & Diagnosis

  • Lead comprehensive organizational diagnostics to understand team dynamics, cultural strengths, systemic barriers, and performance enablers.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for management, HRBPs, and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate organizational needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Facilitate culture activation and change enablement workshops.
  • Partner with management & HRBPs to tailor interventions to business priorities.
     
     

Learning Analytics & Capability Intelligence

  • Analyze learning, performance, and skills data to identify market-critical capabilities.
  • Use digital tools (LMS analytics, Power BI dashboards, Excel modeling) to generate insights and visualize trends.
  • Support skill taxonomy, capability modeling, and needs assessment aligned to global frameworks.
     
     

Learning Strategy & Capability Building

  • Develop an annual learning strategy aligned with business priorities and critical market capabilities.
  • Design leadership, onboarding, and functional learning journeys.
  • Apply data-driven impact measurement.
     
     

Global & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a connector between global/zone PD&L teams and the local market.
  • Ensure global methodologies are localized and impactful for Korea’s strategic context.
  • Influence stakeholders across a complex matrix environment.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree 
  • Years of experience: 3-6 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Language: Korean and English
  • Skills: 
    • Organizational diagnosis and workshop facilitation
    • Strong analytical capability and comfort with complex datasets
    • Excellent Excel skills (data analytics, pivot tables, lookup functions, dashboards, automation)
    • Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills in a matrixed global environment
