Brand

• Understand the Aesop strategy and brand values and ensure that all local marketing activity is consistent with that strategy and those values.


Business Development - Property

• Identity offline opportunities and drive 3-5 year plan for Aesop offline expansion and refinement in the Taiwan market

• Actively negotiate and engage with landlords on new opportunities, relocations, as well as lease & commercial terms aligned with Aesop interest and brand protection

• Familiar with Taiwan market trends and particularities in each city, hub, and commercial districts, to best identify the right locations for Aesop

• Build robust ROIC together with Retail & Finance teams for internal approval and discussion

• Conduct post-opening reviews and continue to improve productivities


Business Development - Wholesale

• Actively build, refine, and expand wholesale business for Aesop in Taiwan, seeking for like-minded partners and collaborations aligned with Aesop brand

• Manage amenity partner requests and corporate sales requests, work collaboratively with local logistic and finance team.

• Sales forecast and planning for wholesale channel

• Manage orders and compile sales & strategy reports


Skills: 

• Familiar with the Taiwan retail market

• Strong experience in business development

• High sense of luxury, fashion, and elevated lifestyle

• Good interpersonal skills

• Proactive, positive, resourceful, and able to work independently but as a team player
