Your Mission

As a Key Account Consultant in our Professional Products Division, you will be the driving force behind our commercial relationships with key account partners. Reporting to the Sales manager, your mission is to create and execute joint business plans that deliver exceptional client experiences, grow ahead of the market, and ensure top-tier brand equity execution.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with client leaders and stakeholders, tailoring strategies to their specific needs.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and implement annual growth plans, including turnover, trade, and marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize budgets ( negotiation, promotional, and sell-out) to achieve joint business plan ambitions.
  • Negotiation & Execution: Lead annual negotiations, implement action plans, and ensure flawless execution.
  • Growth Activation: Identify and activate growth levers for both the division and clients, ensuring top-tier brand equity execution in chains.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Share account insights, risks, and opportunities with top management to contribute to the division’s business vision.
