A Day in the Life
As the Senior Key Account Manager for Walmart, you will be the strategic architect of our partnership with one of the world's most important retailers. You will lead the commercial strategy for our Consumer Products Division within Walmart, driving growth, profitability, and market share for our iconic brands. This role demands a high level of strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and negotiation of the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP), ensuring alignment with both L'Oréal's and Walmart's strategic priorities.
- Cultivating and maintaining powerful relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart, from buyers to senior leadership, becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
- Masterminding the full commercial strategy, including assortment, pricing, promotional planning, and in-store/online activation to maximize sell-out.
- Leading a cross-functional internal team (including Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure flawless execution and operational excellence for the Walmart account.
- Leveraging deep data analysis and market insights to uncover growth opportunities, anticipate challenges, and steer the business with agility.

You have a proven track record of success with a major retailer like Walmart and possess exceptional negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. You thrive on managing high-stakes partnerships and delivering outstanding results.
