Mission Description : Global Corporate Consumer Insights Manager 

Timing : from July to December 2026

Key Responsibilities

A. Global Usage Tracker quantitative study

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the Global Usage Tracker program (quantitative study on product usage, done in 29 countries) :
    1. Operational coordination with agency
    • Oversee the deliverable process (including dashboard's usability)
  1. Lead the release across L’Oreal entities, and animate the L’Oreal CMI community around the good use of results
    • Pioneer the use of L'OréalGPT Companion to provide automated, real-time support and training for global users.
    • Coordinate deepdives into specific countries / categories and communicate on best practices
    • Pilot possible evolution of the program through proofs of concepts of new methodologies

 

B. GenAI for CMI Champion 

  • Framework with external agencies: Work with key global agencies on the "Pilot & Scale" framework to evaluate upcoming AI-driven research solutions.
  • Risk & Quality Assessment of new solutions: Update criteria to assess the reliability of AI-generated insights 
  • Innovation Benchmarking: Test and encourage tests across the organization, for new agency-led AI tools 
  • Leading AI CMI Squad : coordinating AI initiatives among CMI community and sharing best practices
  • Community engagement : engaging and motivating CMI teams globally to discover and try the new AI tools via dedicated events and regular best-practice sharing across AI-enthusiasts

C. AI-Powered Consumer Journey Insights 

  • GenAI Touchpoint Study: Design, coordinate with country, and lead a global initiative (in collaboration with Global CDMO, SEO, and e-commerce teams) to measure the impact of LLMs on the consumer journey, and how AI tools are augmenting traditional search and discovery.

 

Required Profile & Skills

  • At least 10 years of CMI experience in a similar role
  • Mastering CMI hard skills / innovation-oriented mindset: Advanced knowledge of both Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies, with a track record of applying AI to research.
  • Forward-thinking on AI development: Ability to bring new AI developments popping in the insights industry into actionable business recommendations.
  • Operational management on large-scale program: High proficiency in managing large-scale global program 
  • Strong Collaboration mindset: Proven ability to work in a wide ecosystem across many entities on shared roadmaps.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English / French is a plus
