BRAND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

As a BRAND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER you will be responsible for holistic 360 planning and operations across channels, ensuring the Brand is consistently represented across owned, earned and competitive channels. Owning the connection to our consumers through awareness building and engagement tactics. The voice of the brand and ensure that the brand TOV and image is accurately represented through our content.

Responsibilities include:

    Internal Media (incl social) Planning: Collaborate with Brand Activation and Marketing Grouper on Content Strategy and Creative Briefing; Alignment with Activation teams on 'Drive to' campaigns; Internally align on action plans for Ad campaigns and channel split from Agency (media team); Understand ROI and effectiveness of media investment and activations; Collaborate with DMI to collect and adapt localised asset selection for market needs; Analyse campaign data to support future strategies; Approve amplification budget

    Content Management: Own content calendar; Owned social calendar planning; Approve content use when required

    Ecommerce Alignment: Align on media campaigns to avoid overlap; Align on consumer targeting (cannibalisation) / overbidding; Align on Key Calendar Moments; Brief Ecom team on any social campaigns to support traffic management

    A&I Alignment: A&l alignment with strategy, KPI's and objectives for clear strategy rendering; Support build of influencer activation calendar; Oversee brand influencer squad relationship and content; Oversee paid influence partnerships and give budget alignment for paid partnerships, creator profiles, creator content etc; Oversee event planning and management

    Media Agency management: Create briefs for media agency with Marketing Director/ Grouper, incorporating learnings for previous campaigns; Media recommendation and KPI alignment; Provide media agency with assets, content required, URL's and trafficking sheet; Sign off final content, final plans and retrieve live reports of campaign progress (postpartum) from agency; Regular meetings to track progress & to be reactive to optimise content

    Budget management: A&I (FPP) and media budget with our agency.

CORE KPIS: Successful launches, campaigns, events and amplifications; Brand Awareness; Brand perception and appeal to Canadian consumers; Media, campaign KPI's; Budget tracking

IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF: Media strategy and buying; Media landscape and channels; Content and Comms planning and strategy; Brand DNA, brand strategy and tone of voice, luxe market and social media landscape; 360 marketing planning and the levers required in order to activate; Advocacy marketing and creator economy landscape; Upper funnel paid + owned + earned

    External: Media Agency: Wavemaker; A&I Agency: Middle Child
