VIE - Continuous Improvement Specialist - L'Oréal Corporate

A Day in the Life

As a VIE Continuous Improvement Specialist, reporting to the Customer Care Manager - Corporate, you will be instrumental in optimizing L'Oréal's Order-to-Cash flow. You'll work within a local team, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost the Group's economic performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a global scale, showcasing your entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills.

  • Process Optimization: You will design and implement a comprehensive roadmap to standardize and improve processes and tools related to Order-to-Cash, focusing on simplification, standardization, and efficiency gains.
  • Data-Driven Insights: You will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of implemented changes. You will leverage data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer clusters, as well as between the division and corporate teams. You will also monitor and challenge the performance of outsourced parties.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting synergies to achieve shared objectives.

  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Process Mapping: Expertise in process mapping and improvement methodologies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and activate scaling strategies for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
