A Day in the Life
As a Skincare Trainer for our Luxe Division, you will be the face and voice of our prestigious skincare brands. Reporting to the Omniservices & Education Manager, you will be instrumental in elevating the expertise and knowledge of our Beauty Advisors and retail partners. Your role is key to ensuring an exceptional and expert-led consumer experience in a dynamic retail environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead & Inspire: Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions for L'Oréal employees and the staff of our retail partners (e.g., Douglas, Marionnaud) on our Luxe skincare brands.
- Develop Content: Create compelling and informative training materials that bring our brand stories and product innovations to life.
- Drive Excellence: Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training programs, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
- In-Store Coaching: Visit our points of sale to observe, advise, and coach in-store teams, ensuring the highest standards of service and brand representation.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Be an integral part of activities in cooperation with the marketing team, including PR events.
- Support 0+0 Activities: support 0+0 activities directly targeting the customer.
We Are Looking For
- You are a great match for this role if you have a deep appreciation for the world of luxury skincare and a talent for inspiring others. We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in the retail sector, ideally with a background in preparing and delivering training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
