A Day in the Life
As our Trade Marketing Specialist for the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division, you will be the key driver for commercial and marketing excellence within the Pharmacy channel. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the strategic execution for our iconic brands—La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy, and SkinCeuticals—ensuring maximum impact at the point of sale.
- Performance & Sell-Out Analysis: You will manage and analyze pharmacy sell-out data, transforming it into actionable insights to drive growth and optimize promotional plans, while constantly monitoring the competitive landscape.
- In-Store Visibility Strategy: You will define the window display plan for all four brands, oversee the creation of compelling trade presentation materials, and manage the product catalog to effectively communicate key messages to pharmacists.
- Commercial Cycles: You will help structure promotional cycles by defining offers and priorities, and equip the sales force with the necessary tools and kits to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: You will work in close collaboration with brand marketing teams and the Commercial Direction to ensure a synergistic and powerful multi-brand strategy.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in sales or trade marketing who can thrive in a multi-brand environment. You are a great match if you have:
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to manage and interpret sell-out data to drive results.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of trade marketing dynamics and the ability to translate strategy into effective in-store execution.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects, from planning promotional cycles to creating visibility materials.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with and coordinate transversal teams to achieve common goals.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail to ensure brand excellence in all in-store communications.
- A background in a sales or trade marketing role.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
