Duties and Responsibilities:

Merchandising:

• To follow the merchandising Calendar updates and make sure it’s implemented in the same date planned
• Monitor the Merchandising implementation in the market in line with the launch and Merchandising guidelines
• Consolidate merchandising needs from all markets and define their universe
• Work on perfecting the Top Doors in terms of Merchandising
• Work with the agencies for installation and maintenance of current / New Doors based on the accounts needs
• Align with the commercial on the openings / current doors Capex replacements respecting the yearly estimated budget plan
• To work on Brand Assets in alignment to the brand guidelines and Local Market Needs

Brand Activation:

• Develop Full Year Activation Plan 
• Plan Product Launches and Campaigns
• Organize and Manage all Activations
• Coordinate with suppliers to execute on ground activations
• Monitor Market Trends to keep Brand up to date
• Manage Sales Tools; Sales Materials, Samples, Products Data..etc

Program Requirements:

• You must be a fresh grad or have a max of 2 years experience
