A Day in the Life

As a Senior SeedZ in Trade Marketing & Category Management, you will be the strategic bridge between our iconic brands and major retailers in Jeddah. This career-accelerating role will see you leading the "Go-to-Market" strategy for the world's most recommended skincare brands. You will own the performance of your category and ensure our brands dominate in pharmacies and drugstores.


You will:

  • Drive Category Strategy: Use market data (Nielsen, IQVIA) and shopper insights toidentifygrowth opportunities and define the "Perfect Store" vision throughoptimalassortments and planograms.
  • Lead Retail Activation: Design and execute the annual 360° activation plan, ensuring high-impact launches for our "Hero" products and deploying best-in-class Point of Sale materials.
  • Empower the Sales Force: Create compelling sell-in tools and training kits to transform our representatives and partner pharmacists into powerful brand advocates.
  • Track Performance & ROI: Monitor Sell-in/Sell-out KPIs, analyze promotional efficiency, and manage the Trade Marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.


We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with some initial experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Manages Complexity, with Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can simplify complex data to make strategic decisions.
  • Drives Business with Agility: You are a proactive "Excel Power-User" whoidentifiesopportunities and proposes innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Builds Strong Relationships: Your exceptional communication skills allow you to influence internal teams and negotiate effectively with external retail partners.
  • Strategic Vision: You can co-construct long-term business plans (JBPs) with top retailers to create value for the category.
  • Consumer & Market Driven: You have a deep understanding of shopper behavior and use it to design winning retail strategies.
