The Tech Factory team deliver platforms, solutions, and services (as No Code/ Low Code, DevOps & Cloud Solution Development on PaaS, IoT) to all business entity and zone in l’Oréal.

The Global testing platform provides the infrastructure and expertise for all teams with testing needs.

All our Centers Of Excellence (COE) are structured on three pillars activities:  TechLab (To innovate: IT Tech Screen and Evaluate), Center’s of excellence (To transform: Govern & Capitalize Expertise with zones and domains) and a Factory (To accelerate: to enable, build & run global platforms). We prepare the next IT generation.

 

As a Quality Manager, you will lead a team of experts in the Test & Quality Center of Excellence, focusing on the following areas:

  • Collaborate with COE leader to develop the testing roadmap and strategy at a global level.
  • Manage a team of testing experts and provide support and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to help start zones' test initiatives.
  • Establish and deliver End-to-End testing services for L’Oréal, working closely with major programs to provide best-in-class testing solutions.

  • Help build the group strategy
  • set objectives and quality practices for the Test & Quality Center of Excellence.
  • Training and change management
  • Help Build L'Oréal Worldwide Testing Community
  • Standardize testing practices at group level
  • Adaptation to new practices (DevOps, Paas)
  • Manage test experts on different subjects (Performance, Functional, E2E,…)

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

 

Mandatory skills:

  • Significant experience in testing management within an international company with a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; French and a third language are a plus.
  • Proven experience in industrializing and automating test processes in DevOps practices.


Nice to have skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Sales Force as primary business applications (not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with testing software tools such as Tricentis solution qtest and Tosca, Jenkins, and Selenium is a plus.
  • Certifications in testing methodology are a plus.
  • Experience managing external resources is also a plus.
