A Day in the Life 

As a Talent Acquisition Orchestrator, you will be the central coordinator and strategic partner driving our recruitment processes across the SAPMENA region. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Head, you will join our dynamic Shared Services Team in Kuala Lumpur, connecting with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure a seamless and premium hiring experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Stakeholder Consulting: You will lead briefing calls with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into compelling andaccuratejob descriptions.
• Process Coordination: You will orchestrate the entire interview process,managingcomplex scheduling, and ensuring smoothlogisticsfor candidates and internal teams across different time zones.
• Candidate Experience: You will manage all post-interview communication, delivering constructive feedback and upholding L’Oréal’s commitment to an exceptional candidate journey.
• External Partner Management: You will oversee our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, guiding them to meet service-level agreements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines for your designated markets.

We Are Looking For 

You are a perfect fit for this role if you excel at stakeholder management and complex project coordination. We are looking for someone with:

• Business fluency in English and the required stream language (Bahasa, Vietnamese & Thai, or Arabic) to manage your specific geographic scope.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR project management, or account management in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Outstanding diplomacy, organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple regions.
• A high degree of proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
