Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern - Europe Zone 

About L'Oréal:

L'Oréal is seeking a passionate and driven intern to join our team and contribute to key recruitment processes for the Europe Zone. Spanning 17countries with unique cultural landscapes and talent profiles, the Europe Zone presents exciting challenges and opportunities for those passionate about talent acquisition on an international scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a Data Whisperer: Go beyond basic data entry. You'll become fluent in the language of talent acquisition metrics, mastering tools like Power BI and Excel to extract game-changing insights from our Europe Zone Scorecard. Visualize trends, identify opportunities, and present your findings to influence key decision-makers.
  • Charting the Talent Terrain: Develop your strategic thinking by preparing impactful business reviews that highlight talent trends, challenges, and opportunities across the diverse European market. 
  • Cross-Cultural Navigator: Collaborate closely with a vibrant, multicultural team of recruiters and HR professionals across the Europe Zone. Learn to navigate diverse communication styles and build relationships that span borders and cultures.
  • Community Champion: Step into the role of a community activator, fostering engagement and collaboration within our Europe Zone recruitment team. Organize virtual events, spark discussions, and share best practices to build a thriving network of talent acquisition professionals.
  • Amplify our TA initiatives: You'll help brainstorm and execute creative campaigns, coordinate events (working with external agencies when needed), and champion our "Hero Products" both externally and internally.

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a knack for project management.
  • A quick learner, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluency in English is essential.
