A Day in the Life
As a Supply Planner, you will be a key player in our Operations team, ensuring our products are available to meet consumer demand. You will manage the supply of finished goods, balance inventory levels, and collaborate with various teams like Demand Planning, Marketing, and Sales to optimize the entire supply chain flow.
- Forecast & Plan: You will ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and manage the supply planning process to meet service level targets while optimizing inventory.
- Coordinate Supply: You will coordinate the launch of new products and manage the lifecycle of existing ones, working closely with factories and international supply teams.
- Optimize Inventory: You will be responsible for defining stock strategies, analyzing stock levels, and identifying potential shortages or excesses to take corrective actions.
- Drive Performance: You will monitor supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and service.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment. You are a problem-solver with a strong ability to manage complex data and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You're a great match if you have:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a supply chain or planning role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
