Functions

• Supply Chain Intern (Demand Planning, Logistics)

What you will do

• Demand Planning & Forecasting Support: Assisting in analyzing sales data and market trends to contribute to more accurate demand forecasting. This might involve working with spreadsheets, databases, and potentially specialized forecasting software.
• Supply Chain Optimization Projects: Participating in projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain. This could include analyzing transportation costs, warehouse layouts, or inventory management practices.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Creating reports and visualizations to share findings with the team.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory control processes, potentially involving cycle counting, stocktaking, or analyzing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

Your profile

• University student from any discipline
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship
• Proficient in English is a must, other Asian language is a plus
• Able to take semester deferral for this full-time internship
• Self-motivated, passionate and entrepreneurial
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with autonomy to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
