A day in the life as Settlement Lead:

You will..

• Oversee end-to-end settlement operations and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Drive the process improvement of settlement and reconciliation towards automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
• Oversee whole data pipeline process to ensure data availability in timely manner, data accuracy and consistency
• Improve productivity through data dashboard & visualization enhancement and provide comprehensive information based on key users' demand
• Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

You have..

• Proven experience in Finance, preferably in settlement minimum 5 years in top MNC Company. 
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skill, proactive and collaborative
• High integrity, resilience, and adaptability
• Experienced in leading a team
• Fluent in English( spoken & written) and proficiency in Excel
