A Day in the Life
As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader for our brands in the dynamic Egyptian market. You will own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring our brands win the hearts of consumers.
- Lead 360° Strategy: You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring a seamless and impactful consumer journey across all touchpoints.
- Drive Market Insights: You will become an expert on the local market and consumer, conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities that will shape our brand strategies.
- Manage Product Launches: You will orchestrate successful new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and digital to ensure flawless execution.
- Own Financial Performance: You will manage the brand budget and P&L, making data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment and drive profitable growth.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded product manager with a proven track record of growing brands. You are a great match if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market and consumer data into actionable insights.
- Proven success in leading new product launches from strategy to execution in a competitive market.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and contributing to a brand's P&L.
- An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, able to lead projects and influence stakeholders effectively.
