We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Norway.
A Day in the Life
This is more than a Key Account Management role; it's a strategic position that will have a direct impact on the future of our business in Norway. You will take full ownership of our two most significant client relationships in the pharmacy channel for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, steering them through a complex and highly competitive market. Reporting to the Nordic Customer Business Director, you will lead a dedicated team, shaping their development and driving our commercial agenda. This role is a significant career-building opportunity to demonstrate influence and deliver measurable results.
You will:
- Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Drive pivotal annual negotiations, using your analytical acumen to create and execute strategies that achieve business objectives and secure long-term growth.
- Deliver Business-Critical Analysis: Take the lead in developing your own analyses from available data, translating insights into powerful strategies that will give us a competitive edge.
- Guide and Develop the Team: Mentor and develop your team, building their skills and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Drive Strategic Impact: Take complete ownership of the client relationship. You will be the architect of our joint business plan, accountable for driving growth, and recognized for setting the portfolio's agenda.

You are an analytical and strategic thinker who thrives on responsibility and is ready to make a significant impact. You have the professional presence to influence key stakeholders and guide a team, the data skills to build a winning strategy, and the drive to execute it flawlessly. Your potential for future growth within L'Oréal is as important as your current expertise.
In addition to the key competencies, you should have:
- Highly experienced, with around 5-10 years in a relevant Key Account Management or commercial role.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential for this role.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, or similar.

- Strategic Account Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts and set the business agenda.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Expertise in building strategies that protect and maximize revenue in challenging market conditions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to build a case and strategy from data, deriving powerful and actionable insights.
- Leadership and People Development: A coaching mindset with a clear ability to guide and develop a team capability. It is a clear advantage if you have a track record of people/team leadership.
- Mastery in Negotiation: The ability to lead difficult negotiations and influence key decisions with both internal and external stakeholders.
