Your mission
As the Senior Key Account Manager in our Consumer Products Division, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth and building strong partnerships with one of our key clients in Norway. Reporting to the Nordic Business Unit Manager, you’ll lead a team of three direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to deliver exceptional results. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, developing and executing strategies to maximize brand performance and achieve targeted revenue goals. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and hands-on account management, allowing you to make a significant impact on L'Oréal's success in the Norwegian market.
You will…
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to ensure seamless product launches and optimal market penetration.
- Account Development & Negotiation: Lead yearly negotiations with key accounts, leveraging your strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements and drive long-term growth.
- Business Development & Strategy: Develop customer-centric business plans, translating shopper insights into actionable strategies and identifying new opportunities for growth within the Food & Variety Channel.
- Brand & Campaign Activation: Lead the planning and execution of brand and campaign activations, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
We Are Looking For…
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills. You are a proven self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for driving results.
- FMCG Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Management role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both languages are essential.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
