A Day in the Life

As a Senior Credit Specialist based in Cairo, you will play a crucial role in securing our financial assets and supporting business growth. Reporting to the team manager, you will be the expert for all credit-related matters, ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process.

• Strategic Credit Management: You will assess the creditworthiness of customers, set credit limits, and manage the credit risk portfolio to minimize bad debt loss.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You will partner closely with internal teams like Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve payment issues and align on credit strategies.
• Collections & Reporting: You will oversee collection activities, manage overdue accounts, and prepare insightful reports on accounts receivable performance for management.
• Process Improvement: You will contribute to enhancing credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency and adapt to changing market conditions.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced professional with a talent for balancing risk management with commercial objectives. You are a great match if you possess:

• Proven experience in credit management, collections, or a similar financial role.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and assess risk.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting.
• Great communication and negotiation abilities to manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• The capability to work autonomously and proactively solve complex issues.
