A Day In The Life:

 

A Day in the Life As SR Revenue Growth Manager - Luxe you report to the Business Planning & Commercial Transformation Manager and provide revenue management services across all divisions and brand teams. You will have no direct reports and will partner closely with commercial stakeholders.

 

  • Strategy & Revenue Management: Set price architecture and channel pricing strategy for the Luxe portfolio; design pricing corridors, MSRP, MAP monitoring and price harmonization across channels.
  • Promotion & Yield Optimization: Define promotional calendar, simulate promotion scenarios, optimize promo depth & frequency, run cannibalization and uplift analyses to protect margin.
  • Advanced Pricing Analytics: Build elasticity models, A/B tests, price sensitivity analyses, and scenario forecasting to inform price and promo decisions.
  • Revenue Operations & Governance: Implement price approval workflows, drive promo ROI governance, monitor revenue leakage, and ensure P&L integrity with Finance.
  • Omnichannel Activation (O+O) & Enablement: Translate pricing decisions into commercial briefs, train Sales on price architecture and discount rules, and align activation plans with Supply & E‑commerce to maximize sell‑out and profitability.
  • Cross‑functional Alignment: Work with Brand, Trade, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility and timely execution.
