Project Management Graduate Trainee (5 Jan 2026 - 11 Jan 2027)

As a Project Management Graduate Trainee, you will:

 
  1. Competitive Analysis:
    1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitor activities within mass beauty space, monitoring digital trends, social media strategies, offline activations and new product launches.
    2. Prepare regular reports summarizing key competitor insights and provide actionable recommendations to inform Garnier’s Marketing strategies.
  2. Day-to-Day Reporting:
    1. Assist the brand team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for Garnier Skincare campaigns and initiatives.
    2. Compile data and generate regular reports on Marketing activation performance, tracking initiatives and identifying areas for optimization and growth.
  3. Campaign Ideation:
    1. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for Garnier Marketing campaigns, aligning with Garnier’s brand values and marketing objectives.
    2. Assist in developing campaign concepts, messaging, and content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
  4. End-to-End Campaign Execution:
    1. Support the Garnier Skincare brand teams across SAPMENA region with providing strong support and an in-depth understanding of Skincare landscape, from insight to strategy and development of creative activation ideas.
    2. Assist in managing campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met, and track results to measure campaign effectiveness.


As a Project Management Graduate Trainee, you should be:
