As Retail Area Supervisior for L'Oréal Luxe Division, you will be responsible for a district –both on operation tasks and sell out. 

You will report to the Danish Retail Unit Manager, and work closely together with the local brand teams and with your colleagues in the Danish Omni Field team. You will build a strong relationship with the Retailers store managers and Beauty advisors in the stores.  

You will... 

• Be responsible for a given district with Matas doors  
• Secure sell out in district according to budget, in total and per key brands/skincare category.  
• Perform sell out and services 
• Animate and organize instore events linked to trade plan 
• Secure launch visibility 
• Secure space according to brand guidelines 
• Make instore training on our brands  
• Secure a close relationship to store managers and Beauty advisors in district. 

You are...  

• Result driven and have proven strong results from any Beauty Retailer 
• Organized and driven by results and performance 
• Solution oriented and have strong knowledge from Retail excellence and brand expression/execution 
• A true relationship builder, to both consumers and Retailers 
• Proactive and creative, you are a “doer” and understand how you can optimize the stores in your district 
• Fluent in Danish and speaking and understanding English. 
• Based in central Jutland. 

We are looking for our Retail Area Supervisior to start in September 2026. This is a field-based position for a fixed term of 9 months. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so do not wait to apply!
