You Will
- Apply L’Oreal Group’s regulatory affairs strategy and help implement regulations, notably for cosmetics in product development and marketing.
- Monitor in scientific, technical, and regulatory to identify changes in local regulations, assess their impact on company activities and properly communicate to loreal network.
- Deliver product license and claim validation in compliance with collaborative and proactive working with business team under the competitive environment.
- Provide technical and regulatory risk assessment to business with regards Internal & External challenge and issue management
- Represent L’Oréal in developing network and dealings with external stakeholder ex. local authorities and Professional associations.
- Contribute to cross-disciplinary projects initiated within the technical-regulatory network Collaboratively.
You Have
- Master or Bachelor of Science or Pharmacy
- 7+ years of experience working in the regulatory affairs in an international environment.
- Proficient skills in MS Office, Excel
- Competent in English, both verbal and written and communication skill
- Strong background and experience in cosmetics regulation, licensing, and claim
- Ability to analyze situation, evaluate risk and propose decision.
- Ability to manage team with good leadership, priority setting and cross functional engagement to foster good culture and team capability
