A Day in the Life As a Product Marketing Manager for Maybelline, you will be the driving force behind the world's most iconic No.1 makeup brand in the dynamic Indian market. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies identifying new opportunities to drive brand growth and market share gains.
- Lead new product launches coordinating with cross-functional teams, create compelling 360-degree campaigns, from content ideation to activation, and ensure flawless execution of marketing plans
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify strong consumer insights, growing trends and new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor brand performance, manage the marketing budget, and analyze the return on investment of your campaigns to optimize results.
We Are Looking For We are looking for a creative individual with a love for color and a flair for spotting and creating the next big trend. You are a natural storyteller who understands how to connect with consumers through engaging content and social media. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong influencing skills and operational excellence, a natural collaborator who can lead projects, turn market insights into successful business strategies. An MBA is beneficial, color expertise is appreciated and prior experience in the makeup industry is preferred. Ideally, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketeer with 3-5 years of experience
