A Day in the Life
As Product Manager - Skincare based in Bangkok (L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty), you report to the Brand General Manager and act as an individual contributor in a compact, cross‑functional brand team. You turn consumer and clinical insights into market-winning products and integrated activations that drive professional and consumer adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Insights & Strategy: Analyze market, clinical and consumer data to define product positioning and opportunity briefs.
- Product & Portfolio Management: Own product lifecycle for hero SKUs, lead new launches and catalogue optimization.
- Integrated Activation (O+O): Build 360° IMC plans, digital activations and retail/education tools to convert professionals and consumers.
- Cross‑functional Delivery & Commercial Performance: Coordinate with Sales, Education, Supply Chain and agencies to ensure flawless execution; manage PPP budget, forecasting and senior reporting.
We Are Looking For You are curious, commercially-minded and able to combine scientific credibility with strong brand execution. Degree not mandatory. English -- fluent.
