A Day in the Life

As a Prada Beauty Activator, you are the face of Prada Beauty inside Myer Melbourne, embodying the brand's unique fusion of technology and avant-garde luxury. Your role is to create unforgettable client experiences that go beyond traditional retail.

You will:

• Elevate the Client Journey: Provide exceptional, personalized consultations, understanding each client's unique desires to recommend the perfect Prada Beauty products.
• Drive Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating expert product knowledge and creating a compelling, luxury service environment.
• Bring the Brand to Life: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and applications, showcasing the innovation and artistry of the Prada Beauty skincare and fragrance collections.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain immaculate counter presentation and manage stock levels, ensuring the environment always reflects the high standards of a luxury brand.
  
  

We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector.
• A strong ability to build genuine connections with clients and provide tailored advice.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for storytelling.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on achieving results and driving business success.
