A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Night Shift Unit Production Manager, you will lead your packaging team to achieve operational excellence. You will be the driving force behind performance, safety, and your team's development, empowering them to excel.

• Drive Performance: You will ensure the production plan is executed while respecting quality, safety, and efficiency standards. You will track key indicators and lead action plans for continuous improvement on the lines.
• Develop Your Team: You will act as a true coach to develop your team's autonomy and skills. You will lead daily meetings, conduct individual reviews, and foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Embody Continuous Improvement: You will encourage and implement innovative ideas from your team to optimize processes and organization. You will be a key partner for other departments to ensure overall performance.
