In the Warsaw headquarter there is also one of 7 Finance Business Shared Services Center. Established in January 2018, it is one of L’Oréal’s most rapidly growing units. BEST carries out accounting processes for 14 markets from Central and Eastern Europe, and Middle-East. BEST consists of the following departments: Process to Payment, Cash Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, Delivery Excellence, and also Controlling, responsible for OPEX costs.
- In the scope of intervention, participate in processing invoices and other accounting documents.
- Enter and validate simple accounting operations.
- Invoice Processing.
- Follow-up on invoices status and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the Group's accounting procedures and principles implementation in relation to orders, payment deadlines, and simple invoices.
- Provide information to general accounting for the drawing up of tax statements (VAT, fee statements, etc.).
- If applicable, take part in the implementation of projects.
- Supporting the team around you whenever Your expertise comes valuable to solve a problem or set up a process.
We are looking for:
- Fluent English and Turkish.
- Master's degree in accountancy, economics, or finance or during studying (ACCA, CIMA would be an asset).
