What will you do?
As an Online Brand Manager, you will work closely with the brand team to manage eCommerce business. The key performance indicators are eCommerce sell-out and market share, performance of the brand’s hero products, and the weight of business of online touchpoints (livestream, affiliates, short videos).
- Develop the brand strategy and manage the business.
- Create an online marketing plan based on the brand & platform calendars, to drive business priorities and market share growth
- Diagnose the business performance and take action to meet commercial targets
- Drive the performance of brand heroes performance in the online platforms
- Lead in the ideation and execution of brand eCommerce campaigns
- Create campaign activations for key shopping moments (ex. 3.3, 11.11), brand moments (ex. product launches, SuperBrand Days), and BAU (business as usual)
- Develop and transmit digital assets to support said campaigns
- Develop the emerging business levers within the platforms
- Run the daily operations on livestreams (including big creator lives), affiliates, and short videos
- Conduct test and learns, and scale up the executions that work
- Transactional media management
- Work with performance marketing manager to optimize media placements towards GMV and ROAS targets
- Day to day eCommerce operations
- Lead in forecasting, assortment planning, maintenance of brand online stores and PDPs, etc.
Professional and Technical Competencies
- Ecommerce marketing
- Digital media knowledge
- Affiliate and influencer marketing
Who are we looking for?
- A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Has at least 3-5 years work experience in eCommerce, with strong exposure on digital media and affiliate marketing
- Excellent project management skills and communication skills; experience in a matrix organization is a plus
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
- A challenger who questions the status quo and pushes teams to achieve objectives
- Practical and with a methodical approach to problem-solving
