A Day in the Life

As a Medical Visit Hospital Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division’s footprint within the hospital channel. Reporting to the Head of Medical Visit, you will build strategic partnerships with key hospitals in Jakarta to drive brand growth and accessibility.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Drive Business Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets and expand our brand presence by securing new product listings ("listing doors") within hospitals.
• Strategic Account Management: Manage relationships with key hospital accounts, ensuring optimal product assortment and introducing new SKUs to the formulary.
• Build Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including dermatologists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement managers.
• Market Development: Identify new opportunities and build a robust pipeline to establish L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty as a leading partner in the hospital environment.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strategic and driven individual with a proven track record of success in the hospital pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate has:

• A strong educational background in Pharmacy or a related Science field.
• Experience as a Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or Account Manager with a focus on the hospital channel.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts, drive sales, and secure product listings in a competitive environment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Based in Jakarta and ready to take on a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy.
