A Day in the Life
At L’Oréal, our Media and E-commerce Activation Managers are at the forefront of innovation, driving our brands forward in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Reporting to the Digital Manager & E-Marketing Lead of the division, you will be a key player in orchestrating transactional media and e-commerce activation plans.
This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your media expertise with your passion for e-commerce, creating impactful strategies that resonate with consumers and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Manager and Advocacy Lead, working within a dynamic digital ecosystem.
- Media Strategy & Execution: Manage transactional media campaigns from end-to-end, maintaining strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and creative agencies. Your expertise will ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
- E-commerce Activation: Develop, manage, and implement engaging content for e-commerce and activation plans, tailored to each client and channel. Your creativity and consumer-centric approach will drive online sales and brand engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analysis and consumer insights to anticipate needs, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills will ensure that our efforts are always aligned with consumer preferences and market trends.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Design and create compelling content that captures consumer attention and drives conversions. Your storytelling abilities will bring our brands to life across digital platforms.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work collaboratively within the digital ecosystem, sharing best practices and exploring new opportunities to enhance our digital presence. Your entrepreneurial spirit will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in roles with media and/or e-commerce interactions/involvement
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective digital strategies
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in:
- Media Ecosystem
- Supplier and Client Management (including media agencies)
- Content Strategy Design & Creation
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Consumer Needs Anticipation
- Project Management
