Job Summary:
Responsible for the weekly, monthly and yearly reporting on retail sales of multiple Luxe brands. Provide standardized and custom analyses of sales data that enable the Chief Growth Office members, Business Units and field force to diagnose and maximize sales volume at both Product and Retailer level.
Job Requirements:
Oversee all Sales Analysis responsibilities including information management, retail, Mix of Business, Promotional and Key Pillar reporting, sell thru reporting, by door and month bonus goal achievement for the Sell Thru Team for One Luxe. Report weekly analytics (comparison to prior year & weekly plans) with insights for the purpose of identifying trends & patterns by retailer and across the brands
- Review retails vs Circana Market allowing for deeper insights into Business Unit and Retailer performance
- Compilation or assistance in compiling total Sales overview slides for Senior Management
- Act as Liaison/Captain of Specialty and Dillard's Retail Sales Reporting and Retail Risk and Ops assessment.
- Act as Key Point Person on all New Door/Closing doors and back of house door data management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report on Weekly Retail Sales: Collect, compile, and report weekly retail sales by retailer, including competitive data and Circana results, for weekly Business Unit call and for report recap to distribution; generate various MOB/Pillar Sku information.
- Manage weekly and Monthly-End Retail Closing Process: Validate month end retails to be distributed to the Commercial planning team. This process requires ongoing Retail “Bridge” to ensure alignment across data sources
- Partnership with IT on PBI Initiatives: Including roll out of new dashboards, Key Hallmark Holiday dashboards and participation in Luxe PBI “Steer Co”
- Handle ad hoc requests: Work with Sales Promotions on various market media analyses, handle ad-hoc requests from senior management, field, CGO, marketing
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years in Analysis or like job field
- Strong and effective Communication Skills
- An understanding of sales & marketing
- Experience in consumer Products Industry, Beauty Preferred
- Strong Analytical, Project Management, creative problem solving and Collaboration skills.
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Other data base proficiency such as Power BI and Circana reporting a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency; ability to deal effectively with the pressure of multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
