A Day in the Life
As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic rotational journey designed to build your expertise and leadership skills. Your adventure begins in our Corporate Marketing & Digital (CDMO) team in Montreal, where you will contribute to pioneering AI projects that are shaping the future of beauty. Following this, you will transition into a second rotation within our Commercial, Advocacy & Influence, or Marketing teams, gaining a 360-degree view of our business.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives within the CDMO team, helping to leverage data and technology to enhance consumer experiences.
- Support the development and execution of brand, social media, or commercial strategies during your second rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, ensuring alignment and impactful outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights.
