A Day in the Life
As a Medical Representative Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience and learn what it takes to succeed in the healthcare and dermatological beauty industry. Your tasks will include:
- Training & Learning: Attend training sessions to build your knowledge of our products, diseases, compliance, and tools like Veeva CRM.
- Field Visits: Shadow experienced Medical Representatives during visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and observe how they build relationships and present products.
- Presenting Products: Support the team by learning how to introduce our dermatological products to doctors, focusing on their scientific and technical benefits.
- Engaging at Events: Assist in representing our brands at medical events, congresses, and training sessions to connect with healthcare professionals.
- Team Collaboration: Work with commercial teams to understand how we ensure product availability in pharmacies and support sales efforts.
- Organizing & Reporting: Plan your visits, track activities, and report your progress using digital tools.

We Are Looking For
- University students from Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences faculties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn about the healthcare environment and medical engagement.
- Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory (if required).

What is the Selection Process?

- Online Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to online interviews with HR and Medical Managers.
- Case Presentation & Final Interview: Final candidates present a mini case and meet with the Medical Director.
- Offer & Onboarding: Successful interns will receive an offer and onboarding details.
