A DAY IN THE LIFE[


As a Launch Planner you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of product Reporting to a collaborative and dynamic team, your day will be a mix of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on problem-solving.

Morning: Start your day by reviewing project timelines and critical milestones for upcoming launches. You’ll connect with cross-functional teams—marketing, supply chain, and sales—to ensure alignment and address any potential roadblocks.

Midday: Dive into stakeholder meetings, where you’ll present updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Your ability to simplify complex messages and influence decisions will shine here.

Afternoon: Focus on supply chain activities, ensuring shipments are on schedule and marketing materials are optimized for sustainability. You’ll also oversee the execution of Christmas coffret launches, ensuring every detail is perfect.

End of Day: Wrap up by documenting process improvements and lessons learned, ensuring the team is set up for success in future launches. You’ll leave the office knowing you’ve contributed to delivering exceptional experiences to our consumers.

WHO YOU ARE

A successful Launch planner will bring a variety of skills and experience to the table including:

Stakeholder Management Skills

  • Ability to engage and positively influence internal & external stakeholders.  Ability to manage upwards.
  • Ability to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex problems which arise.

 

Planning Experience

  • A customer-centric mindset, with experience in Supply Chain able to manage and resolve issues under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail work in an ever changing & demanding environment.

 

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex messages. 
  • Experience in presenting internally and externally and adapting communication style 

 

Systems Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Excel. 
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in Supply Planning or Retail planning systems are an advantage
