Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager – Consumer Products Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive Trade Marketing strategy that aligns with brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives.
  • Identify key activities and initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand positioning in collaboration with marketing and commercial departments.

Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets

  • Take ownership of translating the marketing strategy into effective retailer programs that drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary and commercial targets while executing retailer programs, tracking their performance and making necessary adjustments.

Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments

  • Gather field intelligence and market insights to inform the development of brand-specific activity programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial departments to create tailored programs that resonate with target consumers and drive brand engagement.

Implement, monitor, and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team

  • Establish processes and systems to ensure seamless coordination and alignment between marketing activities and the activities of the commercial team.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of these processes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Foster collaboration between brands and sales to ensure consistent category vision and alignment

  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between brand teams and sales teams to ensure a consistent category vision and alignment.
  • Work closely with both teams to understand their objectives and ensure that trade marketing activities support and enhance their efforts.

Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer supply rules, policies, timelines, and stock equations.
  • Utilize this knowledge to optimize trade marketing activities and ensure efficient supply chain management.

Identify opportunity areas by leveraging shopper and customer data to maximize exposure and efficiency

  • Analyze shopper and customer data to identify areas of opportunity for maximizing brand exposure and improving efficiency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize trade marketing strategies and initiatives.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : University graduate 
  • Years of experience : Min. 5 years
  • Specific Career Experience : 

-Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry

-Key account manager experience preferred

  • Intermediate english skill
  • Other Skills : Proficient in MS PPT, Excel, Word
