[TEAM INTRO]

R&I Korea 내 Dermatology Lab은 Dr.G 브랜드의 제형 개발을 주도하는 팀이에요. 기초 화장품 제형 개발 및 제품화를 중심으로, 신규 제형 기술 확보, 특허 작성, 학회 포스터 발표 등 선도적인 연구 활동을 통해 화장품 시장의 혁신을 이끌고 있어요. 또한, 과학적 근거에 기반한 피부 연구와 창의적인 제형 기술을 결합하여 소비자에게 안전하고 차별화된 제품을 제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 연구원 개개인이 전문성을 발휘하면서도 협력적인 분위기 속에서 함께 성장하고 있어요.

Dermatology Lab is the team spearheading formulation development for Dr.G. Focusing on the development and commercialization of basic cosmetic formulations. We drives innovation in the cosmetics market through pioneering research activities such as securing new formulation technologies, drafting patents, and presenting at academic conferences. We aims to provide consumers with safe and differentiated products by combining scientifically grounded skin research with creative formulation technologies. We leverages our expertise while growing together in a collaborative atmosphere.

[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES]

• 스킨케어 화장품을 개발해요. 

   Develop skincare products.

• 기초화장품 제형을 개발하고 제품화하며, 시장의 트렌드를 조사해요.

    Formulate and commercialize basic skincare products, and conduct market trend research.

• 제형 및 제품 관련 특허를 내기 위해 자료를 작성하고, 학회에서 포스터를 만들어 발표해요.

    Prepare formulation- and product‑related patents and present posters at academic conferences.

• 신규 제형 기술을 확보하고 응용 연구를 진행해요.

    Secure new formulation technologies and conduct applied research.

[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

• 기초 화장품 제형 연구 경력을 최소 3년 이상 보유하신 분이 필요해요.(Mid‑to‑senior level)

    More than 3 years of experience in skin care cosmetic formulation research. (Mid‑to‑senior level)

• 화학 및 화학 관련 전공자가 필요해요. (석사 이상 우대)

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능해야 해요.

    Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• 리브온(Leave-on) 스킨케어 제형(크림, 에멀전, 세럼, 토너 등) 개발 경험을 보유하신 분을 찾아요.

    Experience collaborating with ODM/OEM manufacturers.

• 제형과 화학에 대한 이론 및 실무적인 이해를 보유하신 분을 찾아요.

    Theoretical and practical understanding of formulation science and chemistry.

• R&D 프로세스를 기반으로 과학적 정보를 제품 솔루션으로 전환할 수 있는 역량이 있으신 분을 찾아요.

    Ability to translate scientific information into product solutions based on R&D processes.

 • 프로젝트 타임라인과 리스크를 조율할 수 있는 리더십을 갖춘 분을 찾아요.

    Leadership skills with the ability to manage project timelines, risks, and cross‑functional alignment
