Kickstart your 12-month cross-divisional journey with L'Oréal's SEEDZ Management Trainee Program! 🚀 Dive into the high-growth world of Men’s Beauty—the most strategic target group for our Hub. This isn't just a job; it’s a learning path that bridges two distinct worlds: the fast-paced, high-volume Mass Market (Consumer Products) and the prestigious, high-touch world of Luxury.

Over 12 months, you will rotate between two market-leading brands. You will assist in accelerating a top-tier brand in the mass market and support the premium recruitment for an iconic luxury brand. From daily hygiene essentials to high-end fragrances, you will be at the heart of the men's beauty evolution. Under the guidance of a dedicated support team of managers and mentors, you will help us win the hearts of men across all categories, from daily hygiene essentials to premium fragrances.

🌟Your Learning Journey & Responsibilities:

In this dual-rotation program, you will develop a versatile skill set by co-leading and assisting in the following areas:

  • NewProduct Launches: Support the full cycle of new product introductions. You will learn to navigate the complexities of go-to-market readiness, from ensuring regulatory compliance to coordinating retail and online activations.


  • 360° BrandCampaign: Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement. You’llhelp co-create digital and Out-of-Home (OOH) creatives, learning how to adapt brand stories toresonate with your target consumer.


  • Advocacy & Social Influence: Learn the art of "community building" by shadowing our advocacy strategies. You will help draft influencer briefs, coordinate product "seedings," and manage premium assets to amplify our brands across social platforms.


  • Market Analysis & Business Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. You will learn how to translate raw data into actionable growth opportunities.


  • Supported Project Ownership: Take charge of specific, measurable tasks with clear objectives. While you’ll have your own projects to drive, you will be fully supported by a mentor and buddy to ensure your professional growth.
