Job Title: (Sr.) Product Manager – Lancôme - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Lead Product Launches & Growth: Strategically orchestrate product launches and propel the growth of pillar products, leveraging deep expertise in product, market, and consumer insights to foster brand growth and strengthen consumer engagement
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive analysis of consumer and market insights, along with competitive strategies, to formulate and present actionable product marketing plans
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the successful implementation of new product launches, sustain growth for established pillar products, and effectively manage the core product catalog
- Integrated Marketing & Consumer Experience: Develop and lead innovative marketing strategies to craft integrated, engaging, and impactful consumer experiences
- Content Adaptation: Tailor and adapt communication materials, including imagery, digital content, and point-of-sale assets, for various channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mobilize and collaborate effectively with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Education, etc.) and external agency partners to develop broader business strategies and ensure timely execution.
- Forecasting & Inventory Management: Accurately manage sales forecasts and project product sell-out targets and stock levels.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide expert recommendations to management on category strategy, informed by comprehensive analysis of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Budget: Effectively manage the budget for assigned product categories
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: University graduate
- Years fo Experience: +6 years
- Experience:
- Product marketing related cosmetic industy experience
- Advanced knowledge on market trend and strong marketing skills
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, SQL, SPSS, any other analysis tool
